WHAT IS ĂN CỖ?

Ăn Cỗ is a limited event series by Thư Pham Buser & Taylor Buser that spotlights lesser-known regional Vietnamese dishes and traditional food art. It is served as a sit-down meal to be enjoyed in an intimate setting. We introduce each dish with a little story about the dish, what makes it special, and how to enjoy it.

Ăn Cỗ means "attending a banquet" in Vietnamese and signifies our invitation to experience our food and culture throughout the series.

We plan to host 10 events that tour across different regions to explore the incredible depth of cuisine from north to south.
